Stuart L. Raney is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Marshall Lane Real Estate. He was licensed as a real estate sales associate in 2015 and joined the Bluegrass REALTORS® (formerly the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®), adding a new dimension to Helping You Find What You Are Looking For SM. Stuart’s background in managing, consulting, training, coaching, and sales in the construction, manufacturing and financial industries give him a unique perspective when considering the conditions and values of real estate and skill in working and negotiating with a variety of people.
Continuing education is an essential part of staying informed and providing the best service to clients and consumers. Beyond the required number of hours, Stuart earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation in 2019, the Military Relocation Professional certification and the e-PRO® certification in 2020, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation in 2021 and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® in 2024. Stuart obtained a real estate broker’s license in September of 2021 after completing additional education requirements as well as having the experience requirements for the license.
